Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Power and Performance Architect to shape next‑generation power management features spanning silicon, platform, and software. You will lead architecture to productization, collaborating with a multi‑functional team across the company, including offshore partners.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in silicon power, deep understanding of power modeling, and experience with CPU/GPU/SoC architectures.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in silicon and product power and power management.
• Expertise in silicon power, transistor physics, power modeling and measurement.
• Experience with system-level features, product binning methods, optimization techniques, data analysis.
• Experience with product-level power and performance analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with datacenter market segments preferred.
• Hands-on post silicon experience; offshore teams experience required.
• Exposure to CPU/GPU/SoC architecture and HW-SW co-design is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving, partnership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect next generation power management features from architecture to productization.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across NVIDIA.
• Drive system-level power optimization initiatives spanning silicon, platform, software, manufacturing, and product systems.
• Lead the team for power feature requirements and scheduling from architecture to silicon.
• Develop methodologies for power modeling and measurement and provide design feedback.
• Coordinate with system architects, designers, marketing, chip/board designers, software/firmware engineers, HW/SW applications engineers, process/reliability authorities, and sales.
