Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a senior Power Design Engineer to shape power hardware architecture for high‑voltage systems in Sunnyvale. You will lead design across multiple platforms, driving innovation and standardization while mentoring engineers and coordinating with external partners.

The role emphasizes liquid-cooled power systems, Cadence PowerDC tools, SPICE simulations and strong communication skills on architecture decisions, with on-site work 3+ days a week in Sunnyvale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years related Power Design Engineering experience.
• BSEE degree minimum; MSEE a plus.
• Experience with liquid-cooled power systems and high-voltage architectures is highly desirable.
• Solid experience with schematic capture and simulation tools (including SPICE).
• Familiarity with multilayer PCB Layout tools and power development CAD tools such as Cadence Sigrity PowerDC is required.
• Working knowledge of interfaces like I2C/PMBus and firmware design is desirable.

• Recommend emerging power technologies and partner relationships for roadmap alignment.
• Review designs for compliance with guidelines and standards.
