Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and continuously enhance our technical training program for the Power business.

The role includes classroom, field, and hands-on instruction to improve technician development and fleet reliability. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Fleet, and Reliability leaders to align training with competency standards and qualification pathways, while maintaining records in the Kodiak LMS

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of power generation systems and equipment.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Kodiak's Power training program.
• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on, virtual and field training sessions.
• Assess trainee performance and provide development recommendations to leaders.
• Maintain training records and KPI reporting for operations leadership.
