Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor for the West County Energy Center in Loxahatchee, FL. The role leads a team of production and maintenance technicians to deliver safe, reliable plant maintenance and strives for operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong safety leadership, bias for action, and experience with gas/steam turbines, I&C, and electrical maintenance. A Bachelor's degree and NERC access are preferred.
