Qualifications

• 6+ years of power generation experience or related industry experience with ability to develop training materials.
• 8+ years with or without a degree for Sr role.
• 12+ years with or without a degree for Sr Staff role.

Responsibilities

• Determine training needs and priorities for Power Generation organization.
• Conduct needs analysis to develop new or update existing curricula.
• Deliver and facilitate multi-skilled training courses.

Skills

Effective communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Combustion Turbine and associated auxiliaries

Knowledge in Instrumentation and Controls

Ability to write technical manuals

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Process Technology
