Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale power generation and major capital projects in Valparaiso, IN. You will oversee EPC contractors, OEMs, construction teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

This hybrid/field-based role requires hands-on leadership across development, procurement, commissioning, and commercial operation of gas-fired facilities, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale power generation projects
• 7+ years managing EPC projects valued at $100M+
• 5+ years construction-related project experience
• 3+ years working with pipeline construction contractors
• 3+ years budgeting and cost controls
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Experience with combined-cycle generation or gas turbine facilities
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of major generation project execution from development through commercial operation
• Establish and manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and performance objectives
• Coordinate EPC contractors, OEMs, engineering firms, consultants, and internal project teams
• Drive project decision-making and issue resolution across multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives align with operational, commercial, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee commissioning and startup planning and activities
• Coordinate outage planning and tie-in activities when applicable
