Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska or reciprocity with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME in civil/structural engineering, driving lifecycle management and asset planning.
• Lead system health strategy by analyzing multi-year trends and performance data to identify risks.
• Direct complex troubleshooting and mentor cross‑functional teams on structural issues.
• Lead large-scale civil projects: foundation reconstruction, reinforcements, pond liner rehab, erosion control, and rigging upgrades.
