Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Power Electronics.
• 3+ years of power electronics development and testing experience.
• Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals.
• Hands-on hardware test and validation experience.
• Familiar with lab equipment (power supplies, scopes, hi-pot testers).
• Knowledge of automotive environmental reliability standards (GMW, ISO, IEC).

Responsibilities

• Review electrical schematics and create test cells for instrumentation.
• Conduct verification and validation tests for power electronics systems.
• Design and set up test benches with instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and analyze root causes independently.
• Document results with strong technical writing and communication.
