Job summary

A leading power technology firm in South Carolina is looking for a Test Technician to work closely with the design and development teams to ensure high-quality power conversion systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in electronics production testing, excellent troubleshooting and manual dexterity skills, and the ability to work flexibly with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related electronics production test experience in a manufacturing or test lab required.
• Knowledge of basic principles of electrical, electronic theory or power electronics.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of tests and document the testing process and outcome.
• Maintain knowledge of test standards and product test procedures.
• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with Safety, Health and Quality practices.

Skills

Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong computer literacy skills

Ability to create, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
