Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Hands-on manufacturing process development experience with process validation.
• Experience with electric motor assembly, power electronics, or electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Quality, Test, and Equipment Engineering to develop manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
• Lead cross-functional execution to improve safety, quality, throughput, and ergonomics from prototype to volume production.
• Own and evolve continuous improvement strategies (lean, DFA/DFM) to enhance line performance.
• Author and release manufacturing procedures and ensure adoption on the production line.
• Support design reviews to ensure DFA/DFM best practices are applied.
