Job summary

Volt Harbor in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the hardware platform development. This hands-on role covers hardware design, control systems, and system integration with embedded and battery systems, delivering concepts through field deployment.

You’ll work with a small, agile team in a venture-backed startup, applying deep expertise in DC/DC/AC/DC converters, PCB layout, and software for control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in power electronics, analog and digital hardware.
• Experience with full lifecycle product development.
• Led hardware design from concept to field deployment.

• Design and build hardware spanning concept to field deployment.
