Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
7+ years in power electronics design, multilevel topologies, high-voltage systems.
Experience with MMC/CHB topologies and wide-bandgap semiconductors.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize multilevel converter topologies for high-power applications.
Lead prototyping: hardware assembly, integration, troubleshooting.
Perform detailed simulations (MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE) to predict performance.
Ensure EMI/thermal performance and regulatory compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and support project planning.
