You will drive solar power conversion, battery management, and power distribution from concept through flight qualification. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to qualification packages and risk assessments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years in power electronics design including schematic capture, PCB layout, and testing.
• Expertise in solar power, voltage regulation, load management, fault protection, power transmission, analog & digital circuits.

Responsibilities

• Own development of vehicle power electronics from concept to flight.
• Develop PCBA requirements, use-cases, and system integration.
• Schematic capture and PCBA layout for power and analog circuits in Altium.
• Design analysis including power, size, mass, Monte Carlo tolerances, reliability.
• PCBA verification/testing and system integration testing.
• Lead design reviews for interdisciplinary audiences.
• Manufacturing and flight support as needed.
