Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years in end-to-end spacecraft power electronics design at the PCBA level.
• 5+ years in leading teams through end-to-end power electronics development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and delivery of vehicle power electronics at PCBA and unit level.
• Lead the Power Electronics team through AVIONICS development processes and reviews.
• Build growth through recruiting, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
