You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive proposals, resolve issues, improve processes and contribute to technical content. Requires a bachelor's in EE and 8+ years of design experience in power electronics.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least eight years of power electronics design experience, including power conversion, motor control, switched-mode supplies, and hands-on work with power semiconductor devices.
• Candidates should also have experience with magnetics, circuit and environmental analyses, DFM/DFT, corrective action methods, project leadership, technical communication, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and full engineering lifecycle of power conversion products, from topology selection and circuit design through qualification, manufacturing transition, and sustaining support.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, manage engineering initiatives, resolve product issues, improve engineering processes, and contribute technical content to proposals.
