Volt Harbor is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of its core power electronics and hardware platform. This is a hands-on, impact-first role spanning hardware design, control systems, and system-level integration—from concept to field deployment.

You will work with embedded and battery systems, and collaborate across teams in a high-autonomy startup environment based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Developed a product through its full lifecycle.
• Strong foundation in power electronics, analog and digital hardware, and system-level integration.
• Thrives in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
