Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Clifton, NJ seeks a versatile Power supply design engineer to support the design and manufacturing of Electronic Warfare products for ground and airborne military applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analog circuit design skills with a focus on DC-DC switched mode power supplies, fly-back and feed-forward topologies, and 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. The role involves design, verification, and production oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 4+ years related experience.
• Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Power supply circuit design, schematic capture, derating and Worst-Case Analysis (WCA).
• Prepare and present engineering design concepts and data for design reviews.
• Conduct design verification testing and oversee design through production.
