Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in designing power electronics for high-rel aerospace/defense.
• Experience with DC-DC converters and power conversion circuits.
• Schematic capture and PCB design in Cadence Allegro/Altium.
• Experience with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and Mathcad.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design high-reliability power electronics (DC/DC, inverters, motor drives).
• Lead circuit design, simulation, component selection, and PCB layout collaboration.
• Drive hardware bring-up, verification, and qualification with root-cause analysis.
• Develop engineering specs, design reviews, and verification documentation.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain.
