Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a closely related technical field.
• 5 to 10+ years of direct experience designing power conversion circuits and topologies.
• Proven track record delivering power systems for demanding sectors such as industrial, defense/aerospace, energy, or commercial electronics.
• Deep expertise in advanced analog design, magnetic component theory, and custom magnetics design.
• Strong proficiency in power supply PCB layout, thermal management, and system-level packaging.
• Experience verifying CAD-generated schematics and manufacturing documentation.
• US citizenship or permanent resident required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prototype, test, and troubleshoot complex analog and digital circuits for power conversion applications.
• Translate customer requirements and internal technical specifications into high-reliability hardware designs.
• Support manufacturing teams by designing test fixtures, tooling, and specialized equipment required for production.
• Lead engineering documentation reviews, ensuring PCB layouts and mechanical packaging meet rigorous standards.
