You will lead complex designs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform analyses in MATLAB/Simulink, and mentor junior engineers while advancing next‑generation space, defense, and biomedical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
• Experience in power systems engineering and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build power system architectures.
• Research, design, develop, and test hardware such as power circuitry and architectures.
• Optimize system designs for reduced size, weight, and power.
• Develop technical specifications for production.
• Analyze hardware configurations and test conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate status to leadership and customers.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive complex solutions and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
