Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Power Engineer in Austin, TX to design, develop and implement advanced electrical systems for networking, compute or storage products. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with manufacturing, test and supply chain to ensure robust product development.

The role requires deep DC/DC power topology knowledge, high-current design experience, and strong communication skills for customer and internal engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years as a power engineer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in power electronics design and verification.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electrical solutions for complex projects.
• Lead global deployment and coordinate with vendors/partners.
• Provide technical leadership to a global team of engineers.
