Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Sr. BI Reporting Analyst to lead Power BI reporting development and data storytelling for executives.

You will craft impactful dashboards, validate data quality, and standardize reporting across the semantic model in a fully remote US-based environment. You will leverage advanced DAX, SQL, and Power BI features to drive insights, collaborate with leadership, and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data or BI role.
• 4+ years creating BI dashboards with Power BI.
• 4+ years writing SQL queries for data mining.
• Mortgage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards using BI best practices.
• Migrate reporting inventory to a centralized semantic model.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Automate manual processes.
• Develop semantic models to support reporting needs.
• Document reporting processes and data lineage.
