Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Power BI Report Server Administrator to manage and optimize the Power BI infrastructure. The role focuses on vulnerability review, coordination with IT, and ensuring timely remediation in a tax environment.

You will lead server migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management for enterprise BI deployments, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure access for users across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tax environments and Tax SDLC.
• Hands-on Power BI Report Server experience.
• Experience with server migrations (Windows Server, SQL Server, Power BI Report) 5+ years.
• SQL Server expertise including SSRS/SSAS/SSIS and performance tuning.
• Monitoring server performance, capacity, and availability.
• Identify and resolve issues like data refresh failures and access problems.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security roles.
• Upgrades, patches, and migrations of the Power BI Report Server.
• Experience with security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on Power BI Report Server.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vulnerability findings and ensure timely remediation.
• Review security reports related to BI and coordinate with IT.
• Maintain, optimize, and manage the Power BI Report Server infrastructure.
• Plan and execute server migrations and upgrades.
