Job summary

Prodapt seeks a specialized Power BI Migration Engineer to lead the modernization of legacy reporting. You will migrate paginated reports from SSRS to Power BI and Fabric, redesign data models for cloud compatibility, and implement modern dashboards that maximize Fabric investments.

You will evaluate legacy reports, convert outputs, and ensure accuracy through rigorous testing while coordinating with stakeholders on downtime and layout changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, BI, or related technical field.
• Proven track record migrating SSRS to Power BI Cloud/Fabric.
• Strong SSRS, SQL, and cloud BI stack expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing SSRS catalog and plan migration strategy.
• Convert SSRS RDLs to Power BI Paginated Reports and rebuild dashboards.
• Design enterprise Power BI semantic models using DAX and M.
• Deploy and manage assets in Microsoft Fabric SaaS environment.
