GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with extensive Power BI and Power Platform experience to design, deploy, and maintain BI solutions within highly secure government environments. You will gather requirements, create data visualizations, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams to align platform capabilities.

Required: 8+ years, BA/BS in CS/IT, Secret clearance. This role is fully remote for CONUS with occasional on-site travel as needed.

Competenze

8+ years of related experience in Power BI & Power Platform.
Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions for government/defense environments.

Mansioni

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Create data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
Develop business process models and workflows for current and future state.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
Support design, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions in secure environments.
Prepare BRDs, user stories, and test cases.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and communicate status.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support for implemented solutions.
