Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Power BI Architect to lead design, strategy, and governance of the enterprise BI platform using Power BI and Azure. You will guide BI Engineers, define best practices, and ensure scalable, high-performing solutions across units.

You will partner with Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Data Lake teams to enable efficient BI consumption of large data, while enforcing security and data access controls and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• 5+ years in Power BI architecture
• Experience designing scalable BI/infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of governance and security frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design scalable BI solutions with infrastructure, capacity, and licensing needs
• Define and enforce Power BI governance including security and data access
• Provide effort estimations and delivery planning for BI initiatives
• Architect semantic/OLAP models for enterprise reporting
• Establish a central metric store for standardized KPIs
• Oversee dashboard and report design across business units
• Collaborate with Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Data Lake teams
• Enforce CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
• Mentor BI engineers in DAX, modeling, and performance
• Stay current on Fabric, Power BI Premium, and BI trends
