Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant for a 6+ month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid, full-time/contract on W2, with a pay range of $68–$73 per hour.

You will design enterprise dashboards, build data models, and develop GCP pipelines while collaborating with senior leadership. The ideal candidate has hands-on Power BI development experience, GCP BigQuery knowledge, and strong SQL/data modeling skills to deliver executive reporting and process

• GCP experience, including BigQuery.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Build complex data models, KPIs, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Develop scalable GCP/BigQuery data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, and operational systems.
• Establish KPI frameworks covering productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, SLAs, and operational risk.
• Develop SPC/control-chart reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Support HITL, AI Operations, automation, process intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform data quality, reconciliation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, product owners, and senior leadership.
• Participate in Agile delivery and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant for an immediate opening.

Title: Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract on W2

Duration: 6+ Months

Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

As a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant, you will:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.

• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence best practices.
• Wires and Teradata experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SPC, control charts, HITL, process intelligence, AI/automation, or digital transformation.
• Python and API integration experience.
• Git, Agile/Scrum, data governance, and metadata management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or Operational Excellence.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: Between $68- $73 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
