Motion Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant for a top Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). This long-term contract (6+ to 24 months) offers a competitive benefits package under a W2 arrangement.

The role focuses on enterprise analytics, reporting, process intelligence, and HITL initiatives, designing scalable data pipelines, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and SPC reporting across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years developing Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale datasets in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and BI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data pipelines and develop executive dashboards.
• Implement KPI frameworks and HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) initiatives.
• Operationalize SPC reporting across business and technology functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise analytics.
