Job summary

247Hire is seeking a hands-on Power BI Developer to own and evolve our reporting environment built on Microsoft Dynamics. You will sit with business stakeholders, translate needs into production-grade BI solutions, write your own DAX, model data, and design visuals end-to-end.

You will audit existing reports, optimize data models, manage security roles, and oversee deployment pipelines while ensuring data quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Proven experience building Power BI reports on top of Microsoft Dynamics data sources (365 CE, F&O, or BC).
• Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M), and star schema data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize reporting requirements.
• Audit and optimize the current Power BI report portfolio.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from Dynamics data sources.
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Own end-to-end report lifecycle from requirements to post-release support.
• Enforce report design standards, governance, and naming conventions.
• Manage Power BI Service tasks: workspaces, gateways, RLS, and refresh schedules.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and documentation to promote self-service reporting.
