Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a hands-on Power BI Specialist to design and build reports and dashboards that executives and operators rely on daily. You will own the reporting architecture in a modern data stack, partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear metrics and scalable designs.

You will connect to an Azure SQL data warehouse, semantic layer, and APIs, applying strong data modeling and DAX skills to deliver accurate, performant reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building reports in Power BI.
• Strong data modeling skills—star schemas and cardinality.
• Proficient in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Comfortable writing SQL against a relational data warehouse.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Experience pulling data from APIs or external sources.
• Ability to work independently and own the reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Connect Power BI to Azure SQL data warehouse, semantic layer, and APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into metrics.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability of reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering to shape source tables and data issues.
