Job summary

Affine is seeking a Business Intelligence lead to bridge business and technology in Wilmington, DE. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive BI delivery using Power BI while tracking milestones to ensure timely execution.

Exposure to Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and guide analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in project tracking, milestone planning, and delivery management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
