Duration: 3+ Months

Experience: Data Analytics, Power BI, Power BI Scripts

Responsibilities:

The Power BI developer builds complex dimensional data models and reports from the bottom up, visualizes compelling data stories on the report canvas, collaborates with other teams to engineer revolutionary agency-wide data solutions, and develops and implements data visualization solutions.

Requires 4 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of mastery in data analytics
• 4 years of experience creating dashboards and interactive visual reports in Power BI
• 4 years of creating, testing, and deploying Power BI Scripts (Python, M, DAX)
• Preferred: Prior experience in data-related tasks
• Preferred: Experience with Source Control, Git/BitBucket
• Preferred: Experience with SAS and datasets (.sas7bdat)
• Preferred: Experience with Jira
• Preferred: State-level experience
• Preferred: Experience with BI tools like SAP, Tableau
