Job summary

Black Canyon Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, 3+ years in AI-related analytics, and strong leadership across BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience related to artificial intelligence technologies.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Strong data modeling and BI architecture understanding.
• Experience translating requirements into analytical/reporting solutions.
• Experience evaluating BI solution performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, data models, and visuals using Power BI.
• Develop and optimize Power Query transformations and DAX calculations.
• Translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop innovative analytical methodologies.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance analytics and BI capabilities.
