Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Senior Power BI Administrator to own the day‑to‑day operation, governance, and performance of the Power BI service for the client’s analytics platform. The role emphasizes infrastructure, security, and capacity management rather than report creation.

The candidate will administer the service, configure gateways, manage access and licensing, and work with data engineers and security teams to ensure compliance and reliability across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Power BI Service administration in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin portals.
• Strong English proficiency (C1) for global stakeholder communication.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Power BI Service and admin portals.
• Configure and maintain Power BI Gateways for on‑premises data connectivity.
• Define and enforce user permissions, roles, and workspace/dataset access.
• Oversee capacity planning, storage utilization, and performance health of the service.
• Support audit, compliance, and security reviews for the platform.
