Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead a large poultry processing facility. You will oversee ~350 staff across production, maintenance, warehousing, distribution, sanitation, safety, and quality, driving safety, food safety, and operational excellence.

The role requires a track record of 10+ years in poultry operations, deep USDA/HACCP/SSOP knowledge, and strong budgeting and leadership skills to advance continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in poultry.
• Experience as Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of USDA, HACCP, SSOP and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations for a large poultry facility.
• Drive safety, food safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee production, maintenance, sanitation, warehousing, distribution, quality, and safety.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, labor usage and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Live Ops, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.
• Ensure USDA/HACCP/SSOP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor leaders and build organizational depth.
• Support capital projects and process improvements.
• Drive productivity, yield, quality and customer satisfaction.
