Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 8 years of related experience or Master's with 6 years of related experience; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL development in PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Must be able to obtain CBP Background Investigation and be a US citizen.
• Experience with AI/ML as part of software lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and migration.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with DHS and federal standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Document database processes and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
