Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, 3+ in customer management or sales engineering.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger).
• Prior experience in credit/fraud risk management.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Analyze customer feedback data to align on solution performance.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell proofs of concept (POCs).
