Job description

Sayres is seeking a Senior Post Delivery Program Analyst located in Washington, DC area with a SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS. This position is hybrid onsite/Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Post Delivery and interact with support team personnel across the Acquisition Program in support of the Program Office, support organizations, and functional system contractor employees in the assigned program(s).
  • Perform specific, and routine tasks in support of Post Delivery Branch management responsibility within a set timeline including:
  • Track, update, and maintain acquisition documents with program information pertaining to milestones, technical reviews, and briefings for all Post Delivery projects. Assist with consolidating comments for instructions and enclosures that involve new construction Post Delivery ships milestones.
  • Compile reports and maintain archive(s) of plans, schedules, reports, and briefs in the Post Delivery Branch library.
  • Assist in development and utilization of appropriate management information and feedback systems to review, control, and develop reports on assigned projects.
  • Facilitate Post Delivery splinter sessions during Quarterly Ship Program Reviews (SPRs). Produce and distribute meeting related materials/correspondence, drive presentations, and prepare official meeting minutes.
  • As directed, facilitate regularly scheduled technical working groups, program manager reviews and conferences.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

  • 10 Years of Professional Experience
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the personal demeanor to interface with a myriad of organizations, including NAVSEA, NSA, shipyard leadership, ships force, and other industry and government activities.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Client/customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in preparing, processing and maintaining complex paperwork and forms.
  • Dependable in safeguarding business sensitive information, tracking and delivering time constraint and recurrent tasks using highly sensitive records, information and data received on a constant basis.
  • Active Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS prior to start date.

Preferred:

  • Government support contractor experience.
  • NAVSEA Program Office, Post Delivery support experience.
  • Experience auditing government documents, contractor TPS, and working knowledge of BPS, STARS, and ERP.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Contract Documentation, experience reading contract data, and familiarity with NAVSEA financial tools.
