Job description

Sayres is seeking a Senior Post Delivery Program Analyst located in the Washington, DC area with a SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS. This position is hybrid onsite/remote.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Post Delivery team and interact with personnel across the Acquisition Program to support the Program Office, support organizations, and contractor employees.
2. Perform routine tasks supporting Post Delivery Branch management within set timelines, including tracking, updating, and maintaining acquisition documents related to milestones, reviews, and briefings for Post Delivery projects.
3. Compile reports and maintain archives of plans, schedules, reports, and briefs in the branch library.
4. Assist in developing and utilizing management information and feedback systems for project review and development.
5. Facilitate Quarterly Ship Program Reviews (SPRs), produce and distribute meeting materials, drive presentations, and prepare official minutes.
6. Facilitate technical working groups, program reviews, and conferences as directed.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with diverse organizations including NAVSEA, NSA, shipyards, and industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in client/customer relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in preparing, processing, and maintaining complex paperwork and forms.
• Dependability in safeguarding sensitive information and managing time-constrained tasks with sensitive data.
• Active Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government contracts.
• Experience with NAVSEA Post Delivery support.
• Experience auditing government documents and working with systems like BPS, STARS, and ERP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Contract Documentation, reading contract data, and familiarity with NAVSEA financial tools.
