Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Post-Award Sr. Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee contract implementation and maintenance in a high‑tech environment (LMR, SaaS, HaaS).
You will act as a trusted advisor to internal partners, deliver interpretations and recommendations, and manage Change Orders through an electronic contract system. Required: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 10+ years in contract management, engineering, or legal; strong skills in interpretation, dispute
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Contract Management, Engineering or Legal.
- Extensive system integrator experience for LMR, SaaS and HaaS contracting.
- Advanced skill in contract interpretation, dispute resolution and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex contractual requirements and terms to provide interpretations and recommendations.
- Develop negotiation objectives and strategies to resolve disputes and changed terms.
- Oversee Change Order Management using an electronic contract management system.
- Serve as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders with clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support contract implementation and maintenance.
