Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager for POS Systems to lead product strategy, planning, and execution within the POS domain. You will guide cross-functional teams across UX, engineering, and analytics to define requirements, launch features, and measure impact against OKRs.

You will own lifecycle management, drive KPIs, and communicate with executive stakeholders to align roadmaps with retail goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a product from ideation to execution and delivery.
• Ability to build an agile digital product practice with UX and Engineering.
• Fluent with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for workflow and documentation.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with engaging presentations.
• Experience communicating with VP and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create new metrics to measure customer insights.
• Form a holistic understanding of the end-to-end customer experience.
• Propose and evaluate product changes across domains.
• Set priorities for multiple projects.
• Drive product lifecycle from requirements to launch and post-launch metrics.
• Lead data analysis for the domain.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams.
• Deliver high-quality products with risk assessments and mitigation.
