Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the cross‑functional project team.
- Oversee deliverables quality: plans, calculations, reports.
- Resolve issues impacting project objectives and scope.
- Support scope and budget development for proposals.
- Review projects for quality, approve work by engineers.
- Apply marine, structural and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Foster client relationships and business development.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage risks.
