Job summary

Bermello Ajamil (BA), a Woolpert Company, is hiring a Project Manager (Architectural Ports & Maritime) to join our PMO Discipline at the Coral Gables office. You will lead maritime projects and cross‑disciplinary teams across the region; strong ports & maritime studio experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ports & Maritime experience required and ports/Maritime studio knowledge.
• Experience leading Ports & Maritime architecture and engineering projects.
• BA/BS degree in a related field; NCARB preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related industry experience.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee deliverables quality including fee/work/risk plans and contracts.
• Resolve issues impacting project objectives.
• Support scope and budget development for proposals and planning.
• Support client relationships and business development.
• Act as key internal communication contact.
• Identify variances and communicate client needs and expectations.
• Promote Woolpert and services to clients.
