Job summary

The Director of Portfolio Management at Union Savings Bank - CT is a senior leadership role within the wealth management team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years investment experience including securities analysis.
• Masters degree preferred; CFP/ CFA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the wealth management department.
• Develop and implement investment philosophy, strategies, policies and procedures.
• Provide insight on asset allocation and equity portfolio strategy.
• Monitor market environment and provide investment recommendations.
• Develop model portfolios and manage client portfolios against benchmarks.
• Maintain fiduciary standards and cultivate client relationships.
