Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Group Director in Connecticut to lead the client service model for Financial Advisor teams. You will shape team roles, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with partners to optimize business practices and client outcomes.

You will guide reporting, meetings, and staff development while ensuring alignment with firm initiatives. Strong leadership, industry knowledge, and licensing readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses/designations as needed

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams by enhancing client relationships
• Lead development and execution of the client service model
• Prepare/review client reports and financial plans
• Oversee team communications and progress tracking
• Coordinate with Business Service Officers on staff hiring/training
