Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio construction across objectives like growth, income, tax-aware, ESG, alternatives, retirement, and high-net-worth custom solutions.
• Develop scalable investment solutions such as model portfolios, UMAs, multi-manager portfolios, concentrated stock strategies, and goals-based frameworks.
• Ensure portfolios meet fiduciary, regulatory, and OCC trust standards.
• Partner with advisors, fiduciary, risk, compliance, legal, product, operations, and technology.
• Build and lead a high-performing portfolio construction team.
• Improve advisor adoption of CIO solutions and refine offerings based on field feedback.

• Build and oversee the firm's portfolio architecture
• Convert asset allocation views into practical investment solutions
• Support advisor success, client outcomes, and future platform growth
• Help modernize the investment platform from a traditional trust model toward a more scalable, advisor-centric and RIA-oriented model
