Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments.
The role is a hands‑on leadership position that focuses on engineering excellence while working at the executive level. You will lead a blended delivery team consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers—developers who design, build, and deploy AI agents in customer environments—and Deployment Strategists—strategic builders
Competenze
- 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership experience with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Advanced technical depth in AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
- Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.

- Maintain operational velocity: monitor delivery metrics, coach teams on optimization, and address complex customer escalations to move from sketch to deployable in weeks.
