Aeon is seeking a Portfolio Director to lead a portfolio of affordable communities in the Twin Cities. This senior role oversees operations, finances, talent development, and resident outcomes across multiple properties, partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen performance and resident well-being.

Ideal candidates will coach Property Managers, drive operational excellence, and build trusted relationships with residents, staff, and community partners while upholding Aeon's commitment

Multi-site leadership experience managing portfolios of affordable housing.
Proven ability to coach Property Managers and onsite teams.
Strong relationship-building with residents, employees, vendors, and community partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Property Managers and onsite teams across a portfolio of affordable and supportive housing communities.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Compliance, Maintenance, Resident Services, Finance, and Development to solve complex challenges.
Drive occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction through strategic operational decisions.
Monitor portfolio performance and coach teams to meet budget, regulatory, and service goals.
