Job summary

The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Portfolio Community Administrator to support multiple properties across the Inland Empire with occasional travel to Northern California. You will work with Community Directors and staff to deliver exceptional resident services and community support.

Responsibilities include managing resident services, rent collections, and keeping accurate files, while coordinating with leasing and maintenance teams and mentoring new staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or property management roles.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to travel to Northern California up to 25%.

Your Role: Senior Portfolio Community Administrator

As a Senior Portfolio Community Administrator, you’ll partner with Community Directors, General Managers, and staff across multiple properties to deliver exceptional resident services and community support. This role requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Note: This position roves among properties within the Inland Empire. In addition, the ability to travel to Northern California (up to 25%) is required. You must be comfortable floating between different communities, adapting to multiple teams, and supporting various operational needs.

What You’ll Do:

Benefits:
  • The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $25.00 per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
