Premier Island Management Group in Pensacola, FL seeks a Pool Maintenance Supervisor to oversee aquatic facilities and the Lifestyle building, and to lead the pool-maintenance team in daily operations.
Responsibilities include pool cleaning, chemical balance, repairs, and special projects, plus maintaining records and ensuring safety. The role requires a high school diploma, CPO certification, pool-experience, and preferred AA/AS degree.
Tuesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM.
Records: Maintain accurate pool chemical records.
Safety: Perform all assigned tasks safely.
Customer Service: Assist owners and guests with any needs.
Dept Specific: Pool maintenance and repairs.
Supervisory Responsibility:
High school diploma required. Vocational training preferred. CPO certification required. AA or AS degree is preferred. Pool maintenance experience required.

Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee will often be required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required occasionally get in pools and hot tubs
